Help Deregistering Sure Signal

Hi. I moved my account from Vodafone to another provider and can longer log-in to my account to de-register my Sure Signal.  Can you check whether I had previously de-registered and, if not, help me do so please.

Your friend will need to get the device deregistered first and then you will be able to register it.  If they post on here, one of the eForum Team will get in touch and assist them.
