Help - No longer administrator of Sure Signal

I am having same problem as similar posts, but there doesnt seem to be an asnwer.

I have a Sure Signal, I used to be an Administrator, but now the only option I have is to remove acess to my Sure Signal.

Like others, I have two numbers on the same account and I am not sure exactly when I lost access.. Phoning support is a waste of time.  Who or how to I get this sorted!

Re: Help - No longer administrator of Sure Signal

Hi simonagraham,

Thanks for your post regarding Sure Signal administration access. Can I ask if you were initially registered as the owner as well as administrator for the Sure Signal? If someone else is registered as the owner, they may have mistakenly revoked your admin rights.

Thanks

Andrew

Yep - I have always been the owner and administrator of the device. I have never moved house or done anything with it since I set it up

 Hi simonagraham,

I have taken a look at the serial number and can confirm that the registration has never changed since it was registered on 13/05/2011.

However as long as the number that is registered as the owner belongs to your account and we can confirm DPA then we can arrange for this to be transferred to another number for you.

So that we can do this I have sent you a quick PM, please follow the instructions on the PM and one of the team will be able to look into this for you.

You can find your PM inbox here.

James
