Just got the Sure Signal today.  When tried to register (after putting postcode etc in) it came up with this - Any ideas?

I am a "newbie" and a bit of a technophobe - hence the two postings - I thought you wanted me to repost!

but notwithstanding that, would it have been more customer service to actually offer a solution and help rather than chastise and point out the T&C?

I have a £50 Sure Signal thing that I cannot work.  I only got this because Vodafone have for two months be unable to fix the lack of signal in the area that I live, (which is a large metropolitan area and not rural) - so please advise me or get some tech guy to do so rather than have a pop at a newbie who is desperate for help.

Yet another example of the "Wonderful" customer service that Vodafone provides its CUSTOMERS.

With this said, we have had a few issue when trying to register a new Sure Signal recently which has now been resolved, please can you try to register this again and if you are still experiencing any issues, please follow the instructions on the PM that I have sent to you so that we can manually register the Sure Signal for you.
