House Move

Hi, I have a colleague who is moving house shortly and she wants to know what she will need to do with her sure signal box to get it working in her new house - does she need to de-register and re-register or just register the box at her new address?

Thanks in advance

Hi, this is taken from the FAQ's here

How do I move my Vodafone Sure Signal to a new location?

You’ll need to change the postcode registered to your Sure Signals. This is important as emergency services will use it to pinpoint the location if anyone makes a 999 call from it.

  • Log into My Vodafone
  • Select My Sure Signal then choose the one you want to change
  • Select Manage Sure Signal, then Change postcode location

If the Sure Signal device needs to reconnect to the network, it’ll need to be set up again. This should take up to one hour but in rare cases may take up to 24 hours.

Hope this helps.
