Hi there, I have recently ported my number away from Vodafone, for work reasons, and as such my account on the site and, i think, on your systems has been deleted. I have a suresignal that I want to give to a friend, but need to deregister. I tried phoning up but the phone op was unable to find my account so was unable to help.
So, unable to login, and Cust Services unable to help, how am I supposed to deregister this thing? :0-)

Hi there
You would have needed to deregister your SureSignal before porting your number away from Vodafone as once the number has moved away, you no longer have access to the account that was associated with it.

Thanks, I totally forgot I used a SureSignal, and never thought about deregistering when I ported. Hopefully someone here can help!
