How to Reset V2 - Been told three different ways!

During this major system outage I have been told to reset the Sure Signal three times. But each time I have been told different ways.

 

Can anyone point me towards the definitive way to reset SS v2 So that I know I am doing it correctly. The troubleshooting guide is most definitely not the way I was told to do it by three different support reps.

Hi washy21,

 

You can reset your Sure Signal by following the steps below:

 

  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead
  • Once all the lights display, release the reset button
  • The Sure Signal will come online in about an hour
