I can't add a phone number to suresignal box.

Vodafone website doesn't provide facility for managing suresignal phone numbers. Vodafone refuses to deal with a simple registration request over the phone. Anyone has a solution of how to add a phone number to the suresignal box? Thanks.

Hi MAX1M1,

 

This should get you there....... 

On the home screen of 'My Account'

  • Select 'Manage' next to the main number.
  • Under account services select 'Manage services'
  • Select 'Sure Signal'

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, it wouldn't help. The web page you refer to has been producing an error message for last three days at least.

"We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 1024"

In that case the best way would be Live Chat, who should be able to deal with this problem for you.  Saying that, they have been quite busy lately, but just hang on to this link and they should answer.
