I have a Samsung Galaxy Note II and a new Sure Signal box. Unfortunately the Galaxy will not connect. Have reset everything, including the phone, but still no luck. Any suggestions? thanks Joy

Does your Galaxy Note II work on 3G elsewhere?

Have you tried de-registering and re-registering the Sure Signal?

Yes it works elsewhere no bother at all. Logs straight on. Yes have re registered too. Had enough now using old phone that logs on so have to use 2 phones at home. One for phoning and one for WiFi.
