I need help un registering Sure Signal

I need help unregietreing a Vodafone Sure Signal. It used to be my fathers who past away last year. We have closed down his Vodafone account so I'm struggling to un regiter his Vodafone Sure Signal.

Im sorry to hear of your loss. 

First the Sure Signal would normally have to be De Registered via the Vodafone Account it was registered to before yiu can Register yourself to it. 

If due to the circumstances this can no longer be actioned you may need to speak to Customer services on 191 or Live chat from a computer. They will advise if they can help. Obviously I'm not aware if your named on the account so they can deal with you
