My vodafone sure signal is not working AGAIN - or more to the point, lights 1,2 + 4 are on constant and I have no signal to my phone (AGAIN)

Last time it took more than 2 days to start working again - I'm getting really p'd off with this now..

PLEASE RE-SYNC IT ASAP - serial number 212 307 433 59

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

the trace route thing doesnt work i just get a message that it's not recognised as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file (I'm using windows 8 + have tried it a few times now)

DL speed - 12.96mbps

UL speed - 0.82mbps

I need Vodafone to RE-SYNC my vss box ASAP - serial number 212 307 433 59

My vodafone sure signal is not working AGAIN - or more to the point, lights 1,2 + 4 are on constant and I have no signal to my phone (AGAIN)

Last time it took more than 2 days to start working again - it has been down since this morning again + I'm getting really p'd off with this now..

I have tried all the usual trouble shooting - but obviously needs re-syncing as nothing has worked (yet again)

The reason people BUY Sure Signal - is because they have little OR NO SIGNAL and need to connect - I have NO SIGNAL without VSS and I NEED MY SURE SIGNAL

Please factory reset the VSS and let me know if you need anything else.

it hasn't worked

I've tried the factory reset a couple of times now - it still has lights 1, 2 + 4 on constant still no signal to phone..

((I've also tried my sim in my old phone that still works perfectly well as well as another sim that is registered with sure signal + neither phone or sim is working in any combination))

Hi keeleypb,

I'd suggest de-registering the Sure Signal, waiting about half an hour and re-registering, but I'm not sure if this error would stop you doing that.

If it does, can you try clearing your cookies and temporary internet files for me and trying again?

If you still can't do it, click here to get us your details and we'll do it from this end.

Once it's been done, let us know if you still have issues.
