I want out of this contract

I want out of this contract it has caused me nothing but stress I am getting in touch with the ombudsman to see what my rights are. I cannot use my data and i cant make calls. I can't use the sure signal box as it cuts out my Broadband. I am paying for a useless phone and I am canceling the direct debit. Or I will be sueing Vodafone for causing me stress.
