I want to de-registered my Sure Signal

How do i do this,I Want to give the box to my father but have being told i need to de-register it

I am the orginal owner

Hi,

I left Vodafone last year and would like to de-register myt sure signal so I can give to my father to use at work.

Please can you let me know what information I need to provide so I can de-register.
