I want to de-registered my Sure Signal

I have a Sure Signal to de-register before I sell it but I no longer have a Vodafone account.  If someone can please send me a private message with the details I need to provide, phone number acccount number etc then I can send them back to you to de-register before a pass it on to the next person.
