I want to de-registered my Sure Signal

Hi I have two sure signal boxes that I bought whilst I was with vodafone
I registered one box not sure if the second box was ever registered
I'm no longer with vodafone so I can't de register them
Serial numbers are 40110746605 and 40110745722

Hi there

What you needed to do is de register the device prior to leaving Vodafone. As this wasn't done, don't worry as one of the eForum Team will be able help you. They will be in touch in about 24-48 hours or so.

Hi Mate they are useless
Finally got a reply back and they said I haven't provided enuf info
They said I didn't provide them with my account details
I told them I'm no longer with vodafone so I don't have an account anymore so how can I provide account details?

You have to provide the details of the old account so that they can trace it.

I have given them an old number of mine not sure if it's my old O2 or vodafone number
But I also gave them my banks account number and sort code so if my number is wrong hopefully they can find my details with my bank details
