I want to de-registered my Sure Signal

How do i do this,I Want to give the box to my father but have being told i need to de-register it

I am the orginal owner

Any help would be good

I am no longer with VF and Ive given my Sure Signal to a friend. I am certain I de registered it but she says she is having problems using it and registering her number on it. I don't remember my My Vodafone log in details. Could you tell me who I have to contact and what details you need to do this
