Sure Signal Team,

Can the following IP address range be added to the Sure Signal white list?

37.157.48.0/21

We have received multiple reports of issues with these boxes connected to the above range.

Thank you in advance.

Ross

I can confirm that the request has been approved and the changes have been requested, hopefully this should be updated within the next 48 hours.

I would leave this until then and let us know if you are still experiencing any issues after this time.

Hi voicehost

Thanks for your post. I've requested that the IP range be added to our whitelist. This can take up to 2 working days and as soon as we receive a response we'll update the thread to confirm.

Thanks

Simon

Hi,

We have had another IP address range allocated to us, can you please add the following to the whitelist?

185.34.80.0/22

Kind regards,

Ross

Hi voicehost,

This IP range is already on our whitelist.

If any Sure Signal units have stopped working since it was added, I'd give them a reset to pick up the changes:

For Sure Signal version 1 or 2:

  • Unplug the Ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.
  • Once all lights display release the reset button.
  • Plug the cable back in.

For Sure Signal version 3:

  • Unplug the Ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button.
  • Plug the cable back in.

Dave
