Sure Signal Team,

Can the following IP address range be added to the Sure Signal white list?

37.157.48.0/21

We have received multiple reports of issues with these boxes connected to the above range.

Thank you in advance.

Ross

Hi voicehost,

I can confirm that the request has been approved and the changes have been requested, hopefully this should be updated within the next 48 hours.

I would leave this until then and let us know if you are still experiencing any issues after this time.

voicehost – I’ve checked the IP: 185.34.80.0 and it’s showing on the white list.

If you’re having any problems with specific IP addresses please let me know individual ones.

IP: 185.60.4.0/22 isn’t showing on the whitelist, and I’ll request this for you.

Hi,

We have one customer with IP: 149.13.247.15

Serial number: 40111343857

Can You check that out for us?

Regards

Hi rbaranowski,

I have checked that IP address, and I can see this is white listed.

With the issues you’re having please can you let me know the light sequence on the Sure Signal?

Also I have tried to check the serial number, but this is reading as incorrect.

Please re confirm this.

Cheers,

Laura

Hi,

Please ensure all of these are allowed:

37.157.48.0/21

185.34.80.0/22

185.60.4.0/22

185.61.88.0/22

Kind regards,

Tom

Hi Tom,

I've checked the IP addresses and can confirm that the first three are all fine.

I've requested for 185.61.88.0/22 to be added and will let you know when this has been done.

Thanks,

Matt B

Hi Tom,

Just though I'd let you know that I'm still awaiting an update on this.

Hi Tom,

The IP range has now been added to our whitelist.

Your Sure Signal should now connect absolutely fine :Smiling:

Hi @gr0mit ,

Welcome to the eForum. :Smiling:

Unfortunately due to the nature of the technology and licencing involved, Vodafone Sure Signal can only operate on a fixed line broadband connection.

You can find further details for the requirements here.

Cheers,

Ben

Hi Ben

We offer fixed wireless as a landline replacement.

Please do ensure that this IP range is opened up as we have many Suresignal users on our existing network who will be sure to complain when we move them over to our new IP range.

Thanks.

Rgds
