Sure Signal Team,

Can the following IP address range be added to the Sure Signal white list?

37.157.48.0/21

We have received multiple reports of issues with these boxes connected to the above range.

Thank you in advance.

Ross

Hi voicehost,

I can confirm that the request has been approved and the changes have been requested, hopefully this should be updated within the next 48 hours.

I would leave this until then and let us know if you are still experiencing any issues after this time.

Hi eXwavia,

Unfortunately it’s currently not in the whitelist, however I have raised the request for this to be added for you which will normally take around 72 hours.
