Hi @BDC
This eforum is owned and monitored by Vodafone U.K. We have members of the Vodafone Tech Team who are available to respond and Help where they can. They have the Vodafone logo next to their name. All posts are read by them.
Hang in there and I'm sure they'll be in touch.

The address range is 156.67.32.0 255.255.252.0
Is this the format you require?
Many thanks

@BDC The IP range you've given is still invalid.
Please can you confirm the IP range once more?

sorry but I do not understand why this is invalid as its a valid subnet. Can you tell me why you think this is invalid -is there a reason that your systems will not accept it?
Thanks
BDC

When we try to add the IP range to our whitelist we get the error "Invalid IP Address Format". I've also checked it on IP checkers and get the same error.
The IP you've provided does appear longer than usual.

Hi
Do you need to add them as seperate subnet ranges?
156.67.32.0 255.255.255.0
156.67.33.0 255.255.255.0
156.67.34.0 255.255.255.0
156.67.35.0 255.255.255.0
rather thn the 156.67.32.0 255.255.252.0 which covers all of the above.
Regards

@BDC - Unfortunately, they're still not being recognised as valid IP address format?
Can you run the test again and paste the results?

CIDR to IP range
This tool converts CIDR to IP range.
CIDR Range | 156.67.32.0/22 |
Netmask | 255.255.252.0 |
Wildcard Bits | 0.0.3.255 |
First IP | 156.67.32.0 |
Last IP | 156.67.35.255 |
Total Host | 1024 |
This is from one of the many subnet calculator tools on the web. All see this as a valid subnet.
Is there someone that I can talk to about this?
Thanks
