ISP IP Whitelisting

Hello,

I posted back in 2012 (https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/ISP-requires-IP-Whitelisting/td-p/1056809) regarding our IP ranges needing to be whitelisted. Please can I confirm these addresses are still approved?

A user on the 31.25.5.128/25 subnet is having difficulty registering a new Suresignal v3 which according to the lights on the unit is reporting "Error message - your sure signal can't access the internet propely - please check your internet connection?"

Kind regards,

@deanw83 I'm not able to locate the link you've provided.

Please confirm the full list of IP addresses you'd like us to check and we'll help.

Hi Rahim,

Thanks for getting back to me. Our IP ranges are:

176.62.211.0/25
31.25.5.128/25

Kind regards,

Dean

Hi @Rahim,

Could we have an update on whitelisting please?

Thanks very much,

Dean
