I've requested that both IP ranges are added to the whitelist. There is a 24 hour turnaround on this during working hours so I anticipate that these will be updated on Monday.

I can confirm that the request was fulfilled to add the IP's to the whitelist at 12:00pm yesterday (3rd April).

Are you still encountering difficulties or has this now been resolved?
