Hi johnconway,

There's traffic going through the serial number you've posted for this month, whereas there wasn't last month.

Have you spoken to your ISP to see if anything has changed since this was last running?

Also, try clearing your cache and cookies before launching a fresh browser window when logging in. As you're switching between two different devices, your browser history may be causing issues online. :Winking_smiley:

Cheers, Ben

Hello again.

We have 3xVSS3 units which after a lot of faffing i managed to get all 3 working, been fine for a few weeks now.

Now all 3 have stopped picking up users, i have the same 15 users added on all 3 units.

The units are in 3 different locations with different postcodes.

I have removed users and rejoined them, restarted the unit, deregistered and re registered, still cannot make it work.

Can i request a resync please?

Thanks.

Edit:

Mean't to say i have the correct light sequence, solid red and solid white Internet and Service, the "in use" light is blank.

Hi johnconway,

All three Sure Signals are showing as connecting to our servers in the last 24 hours and that light sequence means everything should be fine.

I‘ve re-synced these for you today, so please complete this by performing a reset as follows:

  • Hold in the reset button until all the lights go solid
  • Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in
  • Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
  • Wait for all of the lights to come on then release the reset button

The Sure Signal will now try to contact the network and download its profile. This may take anything up to 6 hours.

Thanks,

Jenny

I have recently switched internet providers and my suresignal stopped working.

Hi leewatts,

Your Sure Signal hasn’t connected to our servers since December 2013.

I’ve re-synced this for you today so please complete this process by performing a reset as follows:

  • Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid
  • Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in
  • Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
  • Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button

The Sure Signal will now try to contact the network and download its profile. This can take up to 6 hours.

Thanks,

Jenny

Jenny,

    I have a version 3 suresignal.

It has no power lead.

Hi leewatts,

Apologies for this. The reset procedure for version 3 is below;

-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.

Thanks,

Kay
