The Red Power Light is solid but the Internet light continues to flash slowly

The  power light on the sure signal is on and the internet light is still flashing on and off. 

 

IP address is 81.158.200.24

 

Results of traceroute are 212.183.133.177 is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable programme or batch file.

We’re not aware of any other customers having issues with the traceroute.

 

When you’re following the steps above, what are you running the traceroute on (PC, MAC etc)?
