Hi JohnDineley,

I’ve taken a look at the registration and can see that it connected last night after your post.

Can you let me know if you are still having trouble?

James

I received my Sure Signal this morning, connected up and registered but am having the same problem. Red light on constantly and Internet light flashing.

Can you help as I'm putting my faith in this box as I work from home most days and the call quality has recently deteriorated.

Thanks

Now working, not sure what happened but signal great now.

Hi jfinlay1,

So a moderator can look at this for you, can you follow our Sure Signal Troubleshooter for me?

Cheers, Ben

Hi jfinlay1,

Thanks for updating your post; it’s great to know your Sure Signal is now working.

The light sequence you were seeing showed that the unit was being configured and getting updates from our servers. This process can take up to six hours.

Thanks

Andrew

Hi,

I have tried several times to get my sure signal 3 to connect now, the red power light is on solid and the internet light is flashing on and off slowly, this is constant.

Speed test

Ping 554 ms

Download speed 6.89 mbps

Upload speed .32mbps

Serial number 40131153146

I bought the sure signal as there is no vodafone signal where our new cottage is, but excellent broadband. Please help!

Thank you

Hi denby1990 and welcome to the eForum,

How long has it been like this?

This light sequence means that the device is configuring. It can take up to 24 hours to complete.

Thanks,

Wayne

I can see that it still hasn't connected and that a location change has been detected.

I have refreshed this for you and resynched the device.

Please let me know what lights you're seeing as this will indicate where the fault is.
