Issue not listed? No 3G signal Please help

Please can you help me help with sure signal issue. I've tried the troubleshooting reset etc and made no difference. 

 

Here is the required debug info:

I can see that your Sure Signal connected with us last night. Is it working now?

 

Just in case it's not, I've done a resync. Please allow 6 hours before completing a reset and let us know how you get on.

Thanks for doing the resync thing. After resetting the SS yesterday evening it started functioning correctly after a couple of hours and is again providing solid 3g .
