Hi

Yes unfortunately the sure signal isn't compatible with the Talk Talk.

A person does have a 30 day cooling off period to return the device.

May I ask what phone your using as Vodafone Calling over WiFi maybe an option.

Current Phone  >

Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.

It will be compatible with Talk Talk if you change your router.

The archaic badly designed piece of "junk" the SureSignal is will not be able to negotiate the VPN connection due to MTU packet sizing which is fixed on fibre modems below this.

I told Vodafone about this issue over 3 years ago and have not addressed it leaving people like you stuck between a rock and a hard place.

To claim these devices work on "many broadband connection" is a complete joke. Its not just Talk Talk, you find the issue with nearly all fibre providers.

Get a router that supports MTU change to 1500 and as I did, kick such a stink with Vodafone that they covered the router cost in credits and good will.

My router cost £190 and sure there are now alternatives as at the time there was only Draytek.

VODAFONE HAVD HAD A LEAST FOUR YEARS TO FIX THIS ISSUE AND DONE NOTHING OTHER THAN BLAME THE INTERNET PROVIDERS.

A COMPLETE JOKE!!!

It is important to report all failed SureSignal V3 using the links below to:
