Issues with 2 xV3 Sure Signals

grafx
2: Seeker
2: Seeker

Both have power light and flashing Internet light.

2 x other Sure signals on same connection are working fine.

Serials of non working Sure Signals -

40132117363

40132117355

Speedtest - 17Mb down - 2Mb up

Ping - 23ms

External IP - 109.156.204.151

Traceroute -

1 217.32.141.147
2 217.32.141.206
3 212.140.235.82
4 31.55.164.213
5 31.55.164.109
6 109.159.248.221
7 109.159.248.130
8 109.159.254.110
9 195.66.224.124
10 85.205.0.86

The other 2 are working, so we know the connection is ok I guess.

I have tried resetting them.

Thanks

Hi grafx,

Please deregister the two non working Sure Signal's and then re-register them 24 hours later.

This should help resolve the issue you're facing.

Thanks,

Matt B

Hi, thanks for this.

Unfortunatly the original person who set them up is un-contactable and as such have no access to the account they are assigned too.

Is there any reset you can do from your end?

Are they registering as all?

Thanks

Hi grafx,

I've pushed through a resync for the Sure Signals.

To complete it:

  1. Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports
  2. Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  3. Once the lights come back on, release the button
  4. The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour

Thanks,

Ian
