I am getting fed up and 2-3 days I am having to power off my sure signal do a update  to get it working, please help!!

and I keep geting texts saying I have moved my suresignal and I need to update my postcode?? when i havent gone nowhere

sorry in delay been away working, dont get any 3g signal at all now in the house after many resets, force upgrades ect.. my serial number is 21223119252
