Vodafone Sure Signal

OK so I installed suresignal, opened ports I think, power light is on so is the signal light to the right but I have no 3g or signal from the box, when I make a call there is no phone light lit up.

Any ideas or help would be great,

I looked at the troubleshooter but I have tried all the suggestions.

I clicked on the contact us but the link didn't work either! Not sure what to do now
