I live in a poor signal area. We've had a SS for a few years and it works well. However, around a month ago I got an email saying the SS was deactivating due to inactivity. I use it daily.
IIRC we registered the system on my wifes number as I had a work-issued number and thought it could change. As it happens, mine has stayed, but my wife went over to an EE contract. I wonder if this is whats caused the system to shut down?
If I try to log in as my wife, it says 'this is not a valid Vodafone number' and wont let me proceed.
How do I get the system working?? I have NO signal without it.
