Lost Sure Signal Admin Rights

I moved a number from pay monthly to PAYG as my contract completed, because I wanted to retain the number. without any mention, VF swapped Admin of the Sure Signal to another user, but they wont tell me who. They have told me its no one from my account so they cant provide details. Effectively they have stolen my SSignal! It sists on my desk where its been since new, nearly 4 years ago. Customer service said take it to a shop. The shop said they cant do anything. What a poor state this is. I imagine someone can now see my number and all my families numbers. Havent they breached data protection laws?

How can I get this fixed?
