Vodafone Sure Signal

Hello Vodafone 

Its now been over 2 weeks, 2 replacement boxes and lots of tinkering with my router and still NO working sure signal box. I only moved from O2 to Vodafone on the basis that sureSignal would resolve any network connection issues.  

It is clear from this forum that MANY customers have been sold this item that does not work.

I will once again post my serial number 4011464094 and hope or even prey that someone at vodafone is out there reading this, as im starting to loose the plot.
