I have a registered and working sure signal but I am unable to locate the managing users part on the website. Please could you advise. (Ps- I am working from an I-pad)

Hi @ksmithnant

 

When you log in to your My Vodafone account, you need to scroll down and select ‘Manage Sure Signal’.

 

Then you’ll see the Sure Signal section which lists the status, owner, location and your role. Then under ‘My options’ is the ‘Manager User’ link.

I also have this problem. Have been adding/removing users for years, but now this option has disappeared from 'my account'.  The sure signal is working fine for a number of users so I'm reluctant to register it again.

ave the same problem. The only tab for sure signal is under purchasing and there are no leads from there either.
