Hi, I have been with Vodafone for years and years. When I moved house a couple of years ago I went to an area with no vodafone signal but I was reassured by the suresignal.
Well I can only now guess at it being the fault of the suresignal now, since owning it if I make a phone call I can be on the phone for a little while before the call just cuts out. This happens pretty much everytime. However my other issue is discovered more recently. Friends have sent me text messages that I haven't received, I can almost pin point that these are when I am at home relying on the suresignal but I do get other texts so its a little confusing.
I have missed some quite important messages due to this issue in the past.
I am saying its the sure signal because I was having this problem last year and had a samsung galaxy, when i upgraded the phone to a samsung galaxy s3 I also had to have a new sim card so those two things can be eliminated straightaway.
Please help as this is frustrating and as much as I don't want to I can get a signal with other phone providers but as I had never had a problem with vodafone before I am reluctant to change but will if I have to.

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
