Mobile Broadband USB stick with Sure Signal

I bought my Sure Signal in mid 2010 and did on occasion use my vodafone usb modem with no difficulty. However it no longer works with Sure Signal although registered and when I queried it I was told that Sure Signal is not compatible with usb mobile broadband modems.. Is this acutally correct? The leaflet that came with the Sure Signal clearly states " These can be any 3G devices that use a Vodafone sim card such as mobile phones or mobile broadband usb modem sticks" So what is the correct position on this please?

Hi alan56
Thanks for your post here. I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems with this. This should work fine and to my knowledge, there are no compatibility issues.
Does the Mobile Broadband modem work when not connected to the Sure Signal?
How long has it been since you last used the Mobile Broadband?
Have you tried removing and re-adding the Mobile Broadband number to your Sure signal using My Account?
Please let me know and we’ll be happy to help you further.
Thanks
Wayne
