Mobile phone will not connect to my Sure Signal

As of today my mobile phone doesn't connect to my sure signal box, it only has the red power light and the second light which looks like a signal strength is solid, the third light which looks like a mobile phone is not on and does not flash at all.
The only thing that has changed was that I upgraded my iphone to iOS5 last night, but after the upgrade it did connect fine, its only been since this morning that the SS hasn't been working.
Sure Signal Version 2
Serial number: 40114666007
Thanks in advance

Hi Boyce_1977,
Can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?
Thanks

Dear Andy
Thankyou for getting back to me, I've been through the troubleshooting thread but to no avail.
There doesn't seem to be anything in the thread that relates to solid power and solid system light but no 3G signal, but I went through it as you said but it still is not working

Hello Boyce_1977,
Thanks for your post.
If the device was able to pick up signal from the VSS on the 14th before going to bed, then nothing was achievable in the morning then a network software update from the ISP could have caused this. It's definitely nothing to do with the upgrade to iOS 5 otherwise this would have been apparent immediately.
Could you reboot your router and if this doesn't work, reset it instead?
Also try a factory reset of the VSS, details below.
The light sequence you see indicates the VSS is ready to take calls but is unable to provide a 3G signal to your device. On your iPhone is 3G switched on?
Factory Reset the VSS
- Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
- Keeping the reset button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
- Once all the lights come back on or flash, release the reset button
- The VSS will come online within the hour
Let me know how this goes.
Cheers,
Lee
