Multiple SureSignal Units

Have installed multiple Sure Signal units onto a single LAN that connects to a single broadband link that uses a NetGear DG834G.

Q1. Will multiple Sure Signal units function correctly if installed as described above ?

Q2. Is this a VF supported installation or can you only have one per broadband link.

Regards and thanks...

Hi PistonPopper,

To answer each of your questions in turn:-

1). Yes given that your available upload bandwidth is sufficient to handle the usage. Each Sure Signal needs a minimum 1Mbps download and 0.3Mbps upload speed.

2). We will support multiple Sure Signals being used on one connection. The only thing the Sure Signal doesn’t support is macro to femto handover (transferring from the Vodafone network to the Sure Signal). It also doesn’t support Sure Signal to Sure Signal transfer.

Thanks

Andrew
