My Sure signal v3 does not improve my signal

I bought a sure signal box as I have no signal in my home. I have tried resetting it multiple times, tried re registering multiple time after it stopped working after I updated my iphone software. Please help!!! I need my signal at home!!!!

Hi

 

It could be the Sure Signal that is failing somehow. 

 

They do come with a 24 month warranty.

  • Your external IP address from here.
  • The results of a traceroute.
  • Your Sure Signal serial number:


VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

  1. Click on Start and select Run
  2. Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
  3. A black box will appear.
  4. In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
  5. Paste the output of this command into your reply.

My sure signal is still not working properly

@dd797 - I've checked your Sure Signal and we last had contact with it at 2.04am on the 28 February. If it's still not working, what light sequence are you seeing?

First and second and third lights are on but last one isn't. My phone normally has no signal at home.

@dd797 - In that case, log into your dashboard and update the location of your Sure Signal.
