Hello:

 

Can you pleaseresync my SS3 ?

It's failed reach your servers for the past two weeks, after a full month of working as it should.

Have done a factory setting reset, cold rebooted the router, but nothing does it.

Hi ajr0152, 

 

I've done a resync for you, please do another reset to complete the process;

 

-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.
