Hello @ianmetherell

If I may put a few questions to you too. :Smiling:

Where did you obtain the phone from ?

If not from Vodafone Uk then I'm wondering if it's unlocked to accept a Vodafone Sim Card.

Is the Vodafone Name in the phones status bar or does it say No Network.

We need a lot more information and specifics in order to properly help and guide you.

Updated handset on same number. New sim card. Worked OK for a couple of days. Internet via wifi is fine

If a person has a Sim Swap to replace their old SIM card then it's typically recommended to de register their number from the Sure Signal for a period of 24 hours.

And and then re register after 24 hours.

Have you ported in from another network? Are you connecting via data or WiFi to the internet?

I note you've posted in the Sure Signal Boards

Has this anything to do with a Sure Signal?

Threads like this can grow quite quickly if we don't get all the relevant information at first.

I just spoke to Vodafone who are de-registering our phones (tewp) from Sure Signal and will then re-register them. May be the problem was that the Blackberry was seeking 4G but the SS is only 3G?

Ah so this is connected to using your phone with a Sure Signal.

Yes the Sure Signal pushes out 3G.

So turning off 4G in the phones settings has been known to help by forcing the phone to search for a 3G connection only.
