New Iphone 5 not connecting to sure signal but another new IPhone 5 does

We have just upgraded our phones to a Iphone 5's.  One of the phones is not connecting to sure signal.  The affected number is the owner of the Sure Signal. The other (mine) phone is connecting ok. We have rebooted the Sure Signal and unsubscribed the phone that works and resubscribed but cannot do this with the owner phone to try and resync it. Added to the frustration is that the Vodafone is not working today so we cannot access the Sure Signal account to change owners to try that route.

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

The issue is more than likely because of the upgrades so we will need to deregister the Sure Signal and then re-register it.
