New SIM and Sure Signal - still no connection after following forum advice

Hi support team,

 

I've followed the advice from the various threads in the forum here to get my new sim card working with my Sure Signal. I've done the following:

 

  • Reset the Sure Signal box, by holding in the button and pulling the power lead in and putting it back after the lights came on.
  • I've restarted my phone.
  • I've de-registered my Sure Signal and re-registered it successfully, as my number is the owner of the box.
  • I've been out of the office and picked up normal mast signal where I received the message to say the SS had been re-registered successfully.
  • I've restarted my phone again since returning to the office.

Still no joy. No signal.

 

My SS serial number is 40121406744.

 

Please help ASAP.

Hi

 

Its sometimes recommended to de register the number for a period of 24 Hours and then after that timeframe then Re register.

Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.

 

 

Thanks lee/bandofbrothers, left it deregistered for 24 hours, re-registered this morning, then had to restart my phone and now I have signal.
