Hi support team,
I've followed the advice from the various threads in the forum here to get my new sim card working with my Sure Signal. I've done the following:
Still no joy. No signal.
My SS serial number is 40121406744.
Please help ASAP.

Hi
Its sometimes recommended to de register the number for a period of 24 Hours and then after that timeframe then Re register.
Current Phone >
Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.

Thanks lee/bandofbrothers, left it deregistered for 24 hours, re-registered this morning, then had to restart my phone and now I have signal.
