New SIM - no signal...

I got a new phone, with a new SIM & it didn't get anything from my 'sure signal'

So I de-registered & now I cannot re-register - I just get an error - Error invoking portlet "VAPGatewayController"

What should I do ?

Just tried registration again - it worked.
Checked my phone - no change....
Switched my phone off & on - sucess.
Problem solved - sorry..

Hello, I moved to a new SIM yesterday, but my Sure SIgnal hasn't caught up despite multiple resets.

Can you resynch it for me?

That's been done for you.

 

To make sure the resync completes, can you perform a factory reset:-

 

  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead
  • Once all the lights display, release the reset button
  • The Sure Signal will come online in about an hour

Resyncing your Sure Signal won't delete anything from your phone.
