New Sure Signal Box Not Connecting to Internet

I have recently recieved a sure signal box and after registering online and connecting the box as per the instructions the sure siganl box then began to configure (lights flashing).

 

Unfortunatly after this completing, no lights were displaid and my phone did not connect (had no 3G coverage).

 

I suspect this is something to do with the sure signal's connection to the internet through the router. I can confirm it was connected to the correct LAN Port, the wirless router was on and connected to the internet.

 

I use a standard Sky package and router.

 

Any suggestions?

Router - DGND3700

SS Serial - 40121320622

 

I have completed the firewall rules, and also tried the VSS in the DMZ but no luck. Still has solid red power light only. Have completed all the actions in FAQ's.

 

Also, cannot add a new user, the VSS is showing as "registered".

Many thanks for updating the thread.

 

I have checked your VSS and can see it last connected to our servers this morning at 02:43. Is the issue of a solid power light still happening?
