New Sure Signal Not Working

I recieved my new Sure Signal V3 on Tuesday.  I followed the setup and registration instructions.  I waited six hours and the Red Light was on and the Internet Light was flashing.   So I contacted Tech Support who said I needed to waith 24 hours for it to fully activate.   So I waited 26 hours with no result.  I contacted Tech Support yesterday who said they would reset the Sure Signal and I had to do a  reset from my end, which I did.  Tech support suggested I wait six hours for it to be fully active. 

 

It is now over 20 hours and the Sure Signal is not working.  I have tried rebooting my Router (Netgear DGND 4000).  Changed the cable.  Changed the port the cable is in.   Nothing has worked.

 

I previously had a Sure Signal Version 2.   This worked fine until about ten days ago and I rebooted it to see if it would see my wife's new phone (Samsung Galaxy3 mini) and from then on it didn't work, so this is why I Purchased the Version 3 Sure Signal.

 

Please can anyone suggest how I can get this thing working.  Otherwise I will have to send it back.   Does anyone know how to arrange a return, as I have to do this within sevendays.

Any chance of any help with this problem, or should I just sent the SS back as not fit for purpose and get my money back!

 

I am extremely frustrated, after purchasing this and still no signal. Phones are useless as we are in a dead spot.

 

Urgent help required please.

Well after a week of trying to get this SS working, I have had enough.  It is now on its way back to vodafone for a refund.  Poor show vodafone, the service is just not up to it.  Time to move on and perhaps manage without a mobile.  I have wasted no end of money on this in recent months, but no more.
