New Sure Signal V3 issues

Hi,

I had to buy a new Sure Signal as the previous one just stopped working. Good old technology. Pay for a contract monthly yet buy a box for that contract to work.

Anyway, I can make calls to local numbers, mobile numbers apart from ones which are added into my sure signal box.

Example, I can't ring my wife and she can't ring me either at home or outside of the house. But we can both ring other people.

Any ideas?

If you remove the number from the sure signal account does the situation return to normal ?

 

Is it possible one or both of you have accidentally added your numbers to a call / text blocking feature in your phone (if applicable to your model of phone)

I have to tried that. I need both numbers on the sure signal box otherwise we have zero signal at home.

Still not solved, sure signal is currently flashing red, 2 solid amber lights

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

  1. Click on Start and select Run
  2. Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
  3. A black box will appear.
  4. In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
  5. Paste the output of this command into your reply.
