New Sure Signal has flashing red light and solid orange light

I recived my Sure Signal today and after initilly registering and recievingthe confirmation text and email poceeded to set it up as per the instructions. 

All the cables are correctly connected, I have tried all the ethernet ports on the router but the red ligth flashes and the orange light continues to be solid.

The modem is a TP-LINK our provider is Resq.

Can anyone help me resolve this problem?

I have checked the router model which is TL_WR740N.

Another update. The red lightis now solid and the internet light is flashing!

It sounds like it is going through the setup procedure which can take up to 24 hours.

If this is still happening later today, please let me know the serial number of the Sure Signal so I can check the registration.

Also please let me know the results of a speed test and your external IP address so I can check these for you.
