Followed all registration OK and received confirmation. Plugged SS into my Sky Router. After several restarts and plenty of patience I am sat looking at solid red and a flashing "satellite" or whatever it is / planet?

I can 't see that I can do anything else

Help please else all I can do is return for refund which I don't want to do. Rather have it working please

It's working! Hope it stays that way

Not sure if you did anything or whether it was just a matter of being patient for a lot longer
