I have just purchased a SureSignal and registered it successfully. However when connected to my BT Business Hub it flashes the system and phone lights off and on for a while, when they go out and nothing works. I have attempted to set up port forwarding as per instructions, I also tried putting the SS in the DMZ to see if that would help, but no difference.
Can anyone please walk me through the required setup to get this working?
