New Suresignal 3.0 Seems to be working but phone not connecting

Hi,

 

I had the first Suresignal which was buggy but when it worked, it worked well. I recently upgraded to the new Suresignal 3.0 (The one that looks like a large electical socket !).


I have registered it (obviously on my iphone number) and the other phones in the house (all 3G).

 

The red power light is on continuously

Internet light is white solid

Service light is white solid

 

It worked on the first day but has stopped now. None of the user phones can connect to it.

I have tried re-booting the internet router, the suresignal, each of the phones etc and no success

 

If I go in to 'Manage Your SureSignal' , 'View Dashboard' , 'SureSignal History' then I see this....

Error invoking portlet "VAPGatewayController"


The source of this error is:

com.bea.wsrp.faults.v1.OperationFailedExceptionImpl: Internal Server Error: null; nested exception is: 
	javax.servlet.ServletException.; nested exception is:

Any ideas?
